Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the first payment of a Plus or Pro subscription and to each renewal payment, counted from the date of that payment.

AI Presence is a cloud-hosted software subscription (SaaS) with web hosting included. The subscription is provided entirely online through your browser, so a refund simply ends the subscription and access to the hosted software.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or ask Presence-Editor, our AI assistant and single point of contact, and it will help you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3 to 10 business days. Paddle's refund policy also applies.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the plans page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. If you also want money back for a recent payment, use the refund request steps above.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation you may have under consumer law in your country. Nothing here limits those rights.
